Dr. Juni is currently accepting new patients and can typically offer appointments within 3-5 weeks of contact.

Email or fax communication is preferred, as Dr. Juni’s clinic schedule limits his availability during the day for unscheduled phone conversations. However, he does have evening hours reserved for returning calls and following up on messages.  

Referrals for new patients should be accompanied by completed copies of both the referral form and records release form, as well as additional relevant medical, psychological and academic records. 

New patients seeking evaluation services are encouraged to review the Insurance & Fees page prior to completing an online consultation request form to schedule a free 10-minute phone consultation with Dr. Juni. The purpose of the call is to ensure the appropriateness of the referral and optimize evaluation scheduling and service provision. 

To schedule an appointment, please submit via email completed copies of the records release, clinical consent, credit card authorization and history (adult or child) forms.  Physician referrals are not a pre-requisite for service, and do not need to be completed for self-referrals.

Mailed items should not be sent to the clinic office, but rather mailed to: 9722 Groffs Mill Drive, Suite 981, Owings Mils, MD, 21117-6341. Items should not be sent via mail without prior communication.
